Julie Hawley

I’m an active woman in my early 60s who loves hiking and staying outdoors. I want to keep moving well into my 80s and beyond. I’m also a grandmother to five young boys, and staying strong and healthy for them matters deeply to me.

A few years ago, I realised I wasn’t prioritising my health the way I should. I knew that if nothing changed, I wouldn’t be able to keep doing the things I love. That was the turning point for me.

I began focusing on simple habits and looking at ways to support my body properly. I had always struggled to keep weight on and knew I wasn’t getting enough nutrients from food alone. That’s when I started adding supplements into my daily routine, along with more protein and balanced meals.

This led me to study holistic health and become certified. It opened my eyes to how important nutrition really is, especially as we age. Many women don’t get enough protein or essential nutrients, often due to lifestyle and depleted soils.

Today, I feel stronger, have better energy, and my immune system is in a much better place. I’ve also been working on improving my bone health through weight training, nutrition, and key nutrients like calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D.

I created this space to share what I’ve learned along the way. You’ll find simple tips, helpful resources, and products I personally use and trust.

You don’t need to overhaul your life to start feeling better. Small steps like drinking more water or adding protein to your meals can make a real difference over time.

If you’re ready to take better care of your health, you’re in the right place.
